Frequently Asked Questions
1. I like a design that is on a bracelet. Can I get it made into an anklet or collar? Yes, many of the pieces are interchangeable. Please email or call to specify which design you wish to have on a different style of jewelry. Prices may differ slightly due to extra supplies needed to create your piece.
2. I like a certain piece, but not the clasp. Can I have a different clasp? Yes. Please be sure to enter this information into the remarks section on the order form so that we will know to use a clasp you prefer. Prices may vary slightly.
3. I like a certain design, but not in that color. Can I specify the color? Yes. We will do our best to provide your piece the way you wish it. We can change colors, materials, clasps, findings or anything else you wish to accommodate your desires. Please be sure to specify what you seek in the remarks section of the order form, or email or call prior to placing the order.
4. If I request something different on a piece I see on the website, does that make my order a custom order? Not necessarily. It will depend upon what you wish to have changed. Changing a clasp or a color, for example, does not make your order a custom order. Changing from plated brass to Argentium silver or 14K gold-fill DOES make your order a custom order due to the price changes involved in the supplies needed to create your piece.
5. Do I wait until a custom order is finished to pay for it? No. Custom orders must be paid for in advance.
6. How long does it take to receive a custom order? This will vary depending upon the complexity of the design and/or supplies used in the creation. Most custom orders can be shipped within 2-3 weeks. Some larger orders may take up to 8 weeks. You will be notified by email or a phone call to discuss your order and any concerns or questions that may be involved.
7. What shipping methods are available? The preferred method of shipping is via US Postal Service Priority Mail, insured or uninsured. If you prefer another method, please be sure to enter this into the remarks section of the order form. Pricing will be adjusted for alternate shipping methods.
8. How do I pay for my order? Several different methods are available. We offer Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express services. Bank Debit cards and Electronic check are available as well as personal check or money order. (If paying by personal check, your order will NOT be shipped until the check clears the bank. There is a $45 return fee added to all returned checks.) Sorry, we cannot accept COD orders.
9. Why are your prices so much cheaper than other sites? Quite simply...to sell. It does us no good to create a piece and post it here, then have it sit around collecting dust. In today’s tough economy, people want quality items without having to pay exorbiant prices. Many of the supplies used to create your pieces are hand-made to save costs as well as purchased from low-cost suppliers. These savings are passed onto you without cutting quality.
