Placing An Order

When placing an order, please keep the following in mind:

1.  Please include the measurement when ordering.

2.  Please specify your preference for metal, color, crystal, gemstone, etc when ordering.

3.  Please order custom orders well in advance to allow for the creation of the pieces as well as ordering supplies and shipping.

4.  Please specify exact changes if you wish to alter the design or piece.  i.e. type of clasps, color, etc.

5.  Questions?  Please call or email prior to placing an order to ensure your order arrives correctly.

 Please Note:  Due to Paypal procedures, if you belong to a group or organization that is offered a discounted price or if you are trying to take advantage of a sale price , you will be charged the full price when paying and will receive a rebate for the amount of the discount. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working on a solution to the problem.

Terms of Service:

 Payment:
Preferred payment is through paypal.  Several options are set up for debit card, credit cards and e-checks as well as a paypal account if you have one.  If you prefer not to use paypal, payment may be made by personal check or money order.  If paying by personal check, please note that your WILL NOT be shipped until your check clears the bank.  This could add an additional 10-14 days to the shipping of your order so please order accordingly.  All returned checks will be charged a $45.00 handling fee

 Layaway:
Our convenient layaway plan allows you to place an order and spread out the payment into a schedule that is convenient for you.  Simply tell us what you want and how long you want to take to pay for it.  Once your order is paid in full, the piece will be shipped.  Please note: ALL payments are non-refundable.  If for some reason you are unable to complete the payment schedule, your payments will NOT be returned to you as they will have already been used to complete your order.

 Returns:
Dungeon Designs offers a LIFETIME warranty against defects in workmanship and materials on all products manufactured by us.  If you experience any problems with your items workmanship, please contact us at dungeondesigns@gmail.com.  Please be sure to include your name and phone number along with the date you received the item(s) and a detailed message of the problem.  There is NO charge for warranty repairs. Modification of components or removal of non-detachable components will void all warranties.

 Due to the intimate nature of the erotic pieces, i.e. clit teasers and nipple jewelry, these items may only be returned in an unopened package for refund or a different item.  Once the piece is removed from the original packaging, it will be assumed that the piece has been in contact with the body and will only be returnable for a ONE TIME exchange or repair due to a defect.

 Shipping:
All items are shipped by a flat rate standard shipping.   Drop ship is available upon request. Please note these prices are subject to change without notice.
